Knowing where you stand is the first step towards change. The Wellfish gap analysis aims to be a map of your current and desired position, and the result is a compass for which steps come next. Has your company carried out a materiality assessment before? Produced emission factors for your CO2 footprint? Very often companies have various kinds of source data that they either work with actively or that gather dust in a drawer. Whatever the groundwork, we guide you towards a less time-consuming and more efficient sustainability process.

At Wellfish we have developed a module for gap analyses that is both systematic and practical. The module lets you smoothly document and map your previous work and identify gaps. It is primarily built to support companies that need to comply with CSRD, but it is useful for smaller companies too. At kick-off a simpler gap analysis is carried out, and where needed Wellfish can support you in producing a more thorough gap analysis in-house.
